FLAVORED WHIPPED TOPPING

The whipped coffee craze inspired us to try different powders to make into whipped topping.  In this recipe we used strawberry nesquick but we plan to try different flavors of jello and pudding mixes in the future.  My kids have been asking for chocolate, coconut and butterscotch.

1 cup milk (or drink of your choice)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup strawberry nesquick
sprinkles, if desired

Beat whipped topping and nesquick with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes or until stiff peaks form.  Spoon over milk and enjoy.
