15oz box or 2 (7oz) bags of cornbread mix, plus ingredients to make batter (makes 5 belgian waffles)
Pork Butt, plus kosher salt & liquid smoke
BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Rays)

Stab pork with a knife several times and set in crock pot.  Rub with salt and pour liquid smoke all over the top.  Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Prepare cornbread batter and cook in waffle maker for 3 minutes each (we use a belgian waffle iron, will be different for the reg waffle makers).

When waffles are done top with pork and drizzle with warmed BBQ sauce.
