CHICKEN HOBO PACKETS





1 pack chicken breasts or tenders
choice of vegetables (we use zucchini, onion, mushrooms)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
salt and pepper
Italian salad dressing
shredded parmesan cheese

Cut chicken and vegetables into bite size pieces and place in a gallon ziplock bag. Season with salt and pepper and mix in garlic.  Squeeze a good amount of Italian dressing in the bag and marinate for a few hours before cooking.

Lay out your foil sheets. Scoop a serving of the mixture in the middle of the foil sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 

Seal packets by folding each side overlapping each other and then rolling the ends twice and folding them over, place on a cookie sheet, bake for 1 hour at 350 or cook over a camp fire until chicken is done.
