1 pack Chicken breasts or tenders
Various vegetables (zucchini, red peppers, onion, mushrooms)
Fresh Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Zesty Italian dressing
Shredded Parmesan cheese

1. Cut all vegetables into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl. Squeeze a good amount of Italian dressing all over vegetables. Chop up some fresh cilantro (or dried) and mix in with vegetables.

2. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Lay out your foil sheets. Scoop a serving of chicken into the middle of the foil sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Squeeze more Italian dressing over chicken. Press a whole garlic clove over chicken. Scoop a serving of vegetables over garlic and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.

3. Seal packets and place on a cookie sheet, bake for 1 hour at 350.
