buns
1 slice of bacon per dog
1 pineapple ring per dog
sliced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
cilantro
garlic aioli
bbq sauce
wrap each hotdog with a slice of bacon and grill until bacon is done
grill the pineapple slices
butter and grill inside of buns, optional
to assemble place pineapple slice cut in half on half of the bun, place jalapeño slices on other half of bun and place hotdog in center
top with cilantro, garlic aioli and bbq sauce
