ROASTED GARLIC AIOLI

 

1 cup mayonnaise

1 bulb of roasted garlic

3 garlic cloves

1/4 teaspoon salt

process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth

I use the contents of an 11oz squeeze mayo and put the aioli back in the bottle for serving
