Use the blueberries you strain out for pie filling or baking in bread or muffins, they are sweetened and delicious!
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup blueberries
Bring mixture to a boil, boil for about 5 minutes and strain syrup into a container. Keep refrigerated.
