CREEPY PROSCUITTO ARM


5 mozzarella cheese sticks
2 goat cheese logs 
prosciutto
crackers for dipping

Trace your arm with fingers splayed out onto wax or parchment paper.  Wrap cheese sticks with prosciutto and lay them down lining them up with drawn fingers.  
Using one of the goat cheese logs mash the cheese over ends of cheese sticks to form the shape of a hand.  Forming the goat cheese around and over the ends of the cheese sticks will hold them into place.
Add the second goat cheese log to make the arm and use some of the cheese from the first log to form the wrist around the second log to hold them together.  
Wrap pieces of prosciutto around the hand, wrist and arm until completely covered.  Chill.
When ready to serve carefully remove arm from paper and place on a platter with traditional charcuterie snacks and crackers for dipping.  Add a spreader knife because getting through the prosciutto in some areas can be difficult.
