ZOMBIE MEATFOOT


2 pounds ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped (with ankle and toe nails and reserved)
1/2 cup fine crushed tortilla chips (about 1 1/2 cups whole chips) 
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons your favorite rub 
1 egg
4-5 slices provolone cheese
extra BBQ sauce drizzling

mashed potatoes 

Cut a few layers of onion off until center resembles ankle bone.  Cut 5 strips for toe nails and chop the rest of the onion, set aside.  Mix all ingredients together, except last three.

Lay meat in 8x13 pan and shape into a foot.  I made the shape of a foot with the ankle and then dug little trenches to form toes, aside from trenches the whole foot should be the same thickness.


Drizzle top of foot with BBQ sauce and lay slices of provolone over the foot but do not cover finger toes.  Lay onion toe nails down on tips and lightly push in.  Wedge onion ankle bone in place.


Bake at 350* for 1 hour.  Center of meatloaf temp should be 160*.  Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.


Serve on mashed potatoes and pipe mashed potatoes around and in between toes for a more realistic looking foot.
