This trick will not only stretch your cookie dough since you're making smaller cookies but it'll make them perfectly round - which isn't really important but can be pleasing to the eye or nice if you are plating for a specific purpose.
All you need is a muffin pan and either homemade or store bought cookie dough.
Scoop 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into each muffin cup. Bake at 350ยบ for 7-10 minutes depending on if you're a chewy or crunchy cookie lover...
Allow cookies to cool a bit before using a spoon or fork to pop out of muffin pan.
