FROZEN S'MORES


12 full size graham crackers, broken in half 
1 large box instant chocolate pudding or 2 small
2 1/2 cups milk
8oz tub cool whip
8oz brick cream cheese
7oz tub marshmallow creme 

Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and lay out 12 squares slightly spaced apart.

Whisk together pudding mix, milk and 1/2 cup cool whip together until combined and creamy.  Spread pudding mix over graham crackers.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy then add in marshmallow creme and beat until fully combined.  Fold in remaining cool whip and gently spread over pudding mixture.

Lay remaining 12 graham crackers on top, cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.  Cut into 12 or 24 squares to serve.



*tip: if you have an open bag of graham crackers from the last time you made s'mores go ahead and use them.  It's ok if they're slightly stale, you will not be able to tell since these get frozen and lose their crunch.
