SESAME GARLIC NOODLES FOR ONE

1 pack ramen without season packet
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
sriracha to taste
garnish if desired: sesame seeds and green onions

boil ramen for 3 minutes, or place in a microwave safe bowl with water and microwave for 3 minutes.
simmer sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and sriracha until well combined.  Add cooked ramen to sauce and toss to coat.  Cook until sauce thickens and is fully coating noddles.
Top with sesame seeds and green onions
