1 box spice cake mix
3-5 ripe bananas
1 cup chocolate chips
cream cheese frosting
8oz cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch salt
2-4 cups powdered sugar (more sugar = sweeter and stiffer icing)
Beat cake mix and bananas until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips if desired. Use a 1/4 cup scoop to scoop into muffin liners and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and butter together until completing smooth, add in all other ingredients and beat until smooth. Frost when muffins are cool.
