BEEF UDON

 


sesame garlic sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sriracha

2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
8-12oz pack thin/finely sliced ribeye steak
14-21oz udon noodles (use precooked or cook according to package ahead of time)

veggies
4oz broccoli
thinly sliced carrots
onion
mushrooms

garnish
sesame seeds
green onions
fried garlic chips

Whisk sesame garlic sause ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
In a pan heat sesame oil, garlic and ginger over medium high heat for 1 minute. Add in beef and cook for 5 minutes.  Add in udon noodles and desired veggies for 2 minutes.  Pour sesame garlic sauce in pan and cook for another minute or two. Top with desired garnish and serve.
