3 packages ramen noodles minus seasoning packets
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sriracha
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 green onions, sliced
sesame seeds
Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil the ramen for about 3 minutes, drain.
In a small bowl, whisk together: soy sauce, hoisin sauce, water, brown sugar, rice vinegar and sriracha.
In a skillet heat sesame oil and cook garlic and ginger for about 1 minute over medium heat - becareful not to burn garlic.
Pour the bowl of sauce in skillet and simmer for 4 minutes. Add ramen to rice and cook for 3 more minutes.
Garnish noodles with green onions and sesame seeds.
