SNACK CAKE CHEESECAKE

 


Ingredients for your favorite cheesecake recipe.  I have a creamy recipe HERE or a NY style recipe HERE.  The NY style makes more batter and you may not need to use it all.
7 regular little Debbie Christmas tree snack cakes (you can sub any type of snack cakes here you'd like and just decorate accordingly!)
I accidentally bought the jumbo size cakes....whoops!
8oz white chocolate
4oz heavy whipping cream
green sanding sugar
red gel icing

Prepare your crust and base.  Pour half of your cheesecake batter over crust and assemble snack cakes in a circle evenly spaced out.  Top your snack cakes with remaining batter and bake according to directions for whichever base you're using.

Once cheesecake is cool prepare your ganache by heating white chocolate and heavy cream in the microwave for 30 seconds.  Stir chocolate until melted and pour over cheesecake.  Decorate with sanding sugar and gel icing.

Place in fridge until ready to serve.
