NOURISH BOWLS

 

nourish bowls are just basically a salad made up of several small portioned cold foods that are good for you, typically arranged separately on your plate but can be mixed if you desire.  Nourish bowls contain meat while Buddha bowls do not and Poke bowls are the same concept except using raw marinated fish.

Pictured:  I prepared the kale and canned tuna the same - drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice and lightly sprinkled salt.  The chick peas I toasted in a pan with olive oil and sprinkled them with cumin and salt.
