18 oreos (12 whole, 6 coarsely chopped)
16oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
Insert 12 cupcakes liners into a muffin pan and add an Oreo to each one. Use white liners if you want to see the cookie through the bottom.
Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Slowly combine in the sugar, extract, eggs and sour cream. Fold in chopped Oreos. Spoon batter into cups.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 300º
