SHARK CHEESEBALL



16oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
pinch cayenne pepper
1 jar poppy seeds
1 slice white cheese, cut into small triangles for teeth
slices of red meat (pepperoni, prosciutto, sopressata)
2 blueberries or black olives for eyes
crackers and or veggies for dipping

Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, green onions, seasoning and cayenne pepper in an electric mixer.  Place cheese mixture on a piece of Saran Wrap and shape into a triangle shark head shape.  Wrap completely with saran and refrigerate for 1 hour.

When ready to serve, place cheeseball on platter.  Cut a smaller triangle out of paper and lay over shark head.  Sprinkle poppy seeds around outer edge of shark.  Assemble mouth using meat and cheese slice.
