ALFREDO SAUCE

1 stick butter
1 pint heavy whipping cream
4oz cream cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon minced garlic (or more if you love garlic)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded/grated fresh parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, cook butter, whipping cream and cream cheese until melted.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking on medium until the cheese is fully melted.
