ROASTED GARLIC DIP

 

3 heads garlic
olive oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
green onion
salt and pepper to taste

roast garlic by slicing off the top of each head.  place garlic heads on a sheet of foil and drizzle each with with olive oil.  Close foil up making a packet and roast in the oven at 400º for 40 minute.

Squeeze garlic out of cloves and mix with the remaining ingredients.  Allow to chill for a couple hours before serving.
