SCALLOPED POTATOES

6 sliced potatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
2 teaspoons salt
pepper
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk, warmed

Melt butter in a sauce pan.  Add flour, salt and pepper.  Stir until smooth and slowly stir in milk.  Melt cheese in sauce.
Alternate layers of potato slices, onion and cheese sauce in a casserole dish.
Bake for an hour at 350ยบ
