Cut pretzels in half long ways from side to side in order to make a sandwich.
Spread mustard on both pretzel halves, place cheese on top of mustard on both halves and place ham in the middle.
Assemble sandwich and put in a panini press until warmed through and cheese starts to melt.
If you do not have a panini press you can place in a pan and use a brick lined with foil.
