ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS


Brussel sprouts
olive oil
salt and pepper
5 strips of bacon, chopped and fried
minced garlic
parmesan cheese

Cut the stems off brussel sprouts and slice them in half, removing any wilted outer leaves.
Place the sprouts in a tupperware container with about an inch of water, fasten lid and steam in microwave for 5 minutes.
Drain sprouts and toss in olive oil, spread out on sheet pan and evenly season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with bacon, cheese and garlic.
Roast in oven at 425* for about 15 minutes.
