SALSA



28oz original rotel
1 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 an onion
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 whole jalapeño with seeds and membrane
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
whole lime, juiced

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until desired consistency (may need to do this in batches considering the size of your equipment).
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
