KALE CHIPS


kale
olive oil
garlic salt

Rinse and pat dry the kale.  Lay kale on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil.  Use olive oil sparingly and do not overlap kale.  Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Bake at 400º for 10 minutes.

*Store kale dry in a gallon ziplock bag.  Rinse and pat dry a portion before serving.
