CORNBREAD CAKE

I love this recipe for making a big pan of cornbread.  It is very sweet and tastes more like cake than cornbread so be sure to prepare for that.  Next time I might use half a box of cake mix to 2 boxes of jiffy and see how that turns out.  If you like sweet cornbread, you'll love this!

1 box yellow cake mix
2 boxes jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
2/3 cup milk
5 eggs

Mix all ingredients in a 9x13 pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350*.

Serve with butter and honey or pepper jelly!
