BIG MAC SLIDERS


1 lb ground beef
1/2 red or white onion, diced
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup dill pickle relish
3 slices american cheese
russian dressing
1 pack sweet hawaiian rolls (12)

Cook ground beef in pan, stir in onion, ketchup, mustard and relish until combined.
Slice rolls in half long ways so that you have a bottom portion and top portion, no need to separate individual rolls.
Place bottom portion of rolls in a baking dish.  Scoop meat over rolls evenly.  Drizzle dressing over meat.  Fold each slice of cheese in half twice making 4 smaller squares out of 1 slice to equal 12 small squares and place them on top of meat.  Place top portion of rolls on top of meat mixture and cover with foil.
Bake at 350* for 10-15 minutes.
