8 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 2/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups white vinegar
Hard boil eggs and peel. Mix mustard, sugar, salt and vinegar in a pot and bring to boil, consistently stirring. Once it comes to a boil add 4 drops of yellow food coloring and take off heat.
Put eggs in container and pour mixture over them. Refrigerate for at least 48 hours. Turn eggs several times a day.
