2 cans refrigerated biscuits
shredded mozzarella cheese
Roll out 2 biscuits together and top with mozzarella and pepperoni. Roll out 2 more biscuits and lay on top of toppings sealing edges with your fingers.
Cook in Belgium waffle iron for about 3 minutes or until golden brown, serve with warmed pizza sauce.
*If your waffle iron has a locking lid, use it, if not you may need to press down on the iron while your waffle cooks to get an even browned waffle since the biscuits rise while cooking.
You can make smaller waffles but just splitting one biscuit in half and cooking the same way. These took 2 minutes each.
