MEXICAN RICE PUDDING - ARROZ CON LECHE


1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups water
2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk
ground cinnamon & clove

In a sauce pan combine water, rice, cinnamon sticks and cloves.  Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20, minutes covered.
Add the 3 milks and simmer for another 20 minutes, stirring frequently, careful not to scorch the bottom.
Add ground cinnamon & clove to taste to entire batch or individual servings.
