This dish is so amazing!  My whole family absolutely loved it!

2 pounds chicken cutlets or chicken breasts filleted 
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups heavy cream
1 can chicken broth
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 bag of spinach
1/2 jar sun dried tomatoes
1 box linguine 

In a large skillet heat olive oil and cook chicken on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side until brown.  Remove chicken and set aside.  Prepare linguine according to package.

In skillet add heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, seasoning and cheese.  Whisk over medium heat until it starts to thicken.  Add spinach and tomatoes and let simmer until spinach wilts.  Add chicken back to pan and heat through.  Serve over linguine.
