LEMON BUTTER FISH



shrimp or fish (thin or filleted) we used tilapia 
1 lemon
1 stick of butter, melted 
1 Italian dressing packet

Cover cookie sheet with foil and pour butter over foil.  Thinly slice lemon and lay out on top of butter.  Lay fish over lemon slices and sprinkle with italian dressing packet.  Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes.


Add a bunch of asparagus and dress the same way as the fish for a simple delicious side!
