2 pounds fresh brussel sprouts
6 slices bacon
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
olive oil
balsamic glaze

Preheat oven to 375* and cut brussel sprouts in half, set aside.  Chop bacon into chunks and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.  Add garlic to bacon and cook for about another minute.

Add brussel sprouts to pan.  Drizzle with olive oil and sautĂ© for 5 minutes.  Place pan in oven for 20 minutes.  Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
