I am no good at frying bacon.  It either comes out burnt or underdone or a little of both.  I've tried adjusting the heat lower or higher and no matter what I do my bacon never comes out right.  I find this way to be easier, less messy and gets me the results I like!

Preheat oven to 350*
Line a baking sheet with foil.  Arrange bacon on sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Pat dry before serving.
