PROTEIN MOUSSE



24 oz low fat cottage cheese
8 oz sugar free cool whip
1 scoop of protein powder; or
1 box of instant jello/pudding

Process cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
In a bowl, fold cottage cheese with cool whip.  Stir in protein powder or jello packet to flavor mousse.

Serve as is or freeze for a frozen treat!
