EGGROLL IN A BOWL




1 lb ground beef or pork
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 minced garlic cloves
3 green onions, sliced
14 oz bag coleslaw mix

Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon sriracha

Brown meat in a skillet.  While meat is cooking, combine sauce ingredients in a bowl.
When meat is down cooking, drain and remove from skillet.  Heat up sesame oil in skillet, add onions, garlic and coleslaw mix to skillet.  Cook until tender.
Stir in the sauce and then add the meat and combine.
Heat through and serve!

Serve sprinkled with chow mien noodles and sweet chili sauce, if desired!
