This is one of my favorite meals to make on a busy night when we need something quick and it pleases everyone so there's no complaining at all!  If you keep chicken stocked in your freezer this is also a nice to meal to have on one of those nights when you just don't feel like cooking and can't figure out what to make.

You'll need enough chicken for your family, we use 4 thigh/leg pieces
(dark meat is best since it doesn't dry out as fast in the crockpot)
salt & pepper (or your favorite seasoning - even liquid smoke if you want a BBQ flavor)
All the sauces in your fridge

Salt and pepper chicken and cook in crockpot for about 4 hours on low.  When it's done serve it with all the sauces in your fridge so each family member can pick their own flavor.

Sauce suggestions: honey mustard, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, wing sauce, ranch, ect...
