NO NUT SNOWBALL COOKIES

2 cups flour
2 cups crushed nilla wafers 
1/4 cup sugar
2 sticks butter, softened (not melted)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered Sugar

Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar.  Shape dough into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet 1" apart. 

Bake at 325* for 23 minutes.  Cool.  Roll in powdered sugar.
