ROASTED ASPARAGUS

Bundle of fresh asparagus
olive oil
salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 400*
Cut the ends off the asparagus and lay out on a baking sheet, not overlapping.
Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 45 minutes.

*If you have skinnier than normal asparagus you'll need to keep checking to make sure they're not burning.
