MARGHERITA PIZZA

This meal was absolutely delicious!  We always have olive oil and garlic on hand and we have cherry tomatoes and basil in our garden so the only items we had to purchase were the dough and mozzarella.  

Refrigerated pizza dough (in a bag or can)
Fresh Mozzarella - thinly sliced
Fresh cherry tomatoes - quartered
Fresh basil
Olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic

Preheat oven to 400*
Roll dough out onto pizza stone and bake for 10 minutes.  Take out and drizzle with olive oil; spread garlic around evenly.

Sprinkle tomatoes evenly onto pizza, lay mozzarella slices down and place basil leaves on top.

Bake for about 20 minutes.  Keep an eye on your crust.
*The basil leaves will turn black and get crispy - that's ok  :)
