Pork tenderloin - 2.5 to 3 lbs
2/3 Red delicious apples, sliced
Rosemary seasoning, if desired
Cover bottom of crockpot with some of the apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cut slits in pork about every 3/4" and stuff with an apple slice.
Place pork in crockpot and drizzle with honey. Place the remaining apple slices on top of pork, sprinkle with more cinnamon.
I sprinkled rosemary on as well and we really enjoyed the flavor.
Cook on low for about 4-6 hours.
