...or garbage biscuits!

2 cans biscuits
block of mozzarella cheese, sliced about 1/4" thick
*additional fillings optional - black olives, ham & pineapple, jalapeƱos, etc...
parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
garlic salt
pizza sauce

Spray nonstick spray on 9x13 pan.  Layer pepperoni - slice of mozzarella - pepperoni on each biscuit, fold each side of biscuit up covering filling and place folded side down in greased pan.

Brush tops of biscuits with egg, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic salt.  Bake at 425* for 18-20 minutes - WATCH them, they brown fast!

Serve with warmed pizza sauce for dipping.
