This dinner was so easy to make and one of the best tasting meals ever!  I mean how could you go wrong with heavy cream, cheese and bacon?!?!?!?!

1 pint heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 pack of bacon (about 15 slices) - I think it would be ok to cut this in half
16 oz penne
fresh green onions or dried chives

Fry bacon and crumble.  Pour out bacon grease but leave 2 tablespoons in your frying pan.  Keep bacon grease on low heat if it's going to sit a while.
Boil and drain pasta.
Add cream and cheese to bacon grease, turn up the heat to medium/high and whisk until all the cheese is melted.  Once the sauce is smooth add the pasta and chives and serve!
