TOMATO BASIL SALAD

We had a delicious salad with dinner tonight and we used Roma tomatoes and basil from my garden!

Tomatoes

Fresh basil
Fresh mozzarella
salt
olive oil

Slice tomatoes and spread out.  Sprinkle with salt and olive oil.  Top with fresh mozzarella and basil.

*If you don't have fresh mozzarella you can slice up some mozzarella cheese sticks.  =)
