Dozen Crabs
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
1 beer
J.O. Spice #2 Crab Seasoning

Use LIVE crabs!!!

1.  Bring water, vinegar and beer to a boil in a large stock pot with a steamer rack in place.

2.  Add LIVE crabs to steamer and sprinkle with J.O. Spice.  Steam for 25 to 30 minutes - until bright red/orange in color.

3.  When done sprinkle with old bay again and serve immediately.

J.O. Spice is what they use on crabs in Maryland...way better than just using Old Bay, trust me - they know what they're doing in MD!  Some specialty shops carry it, if you can't find it go here:
