A sweet and creamy side dish that is a favorite in our household! Thanks a ton to Aunt Karen for sharing her recipe!
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tables spoons butter
Whisk all ingredients (except butter) together and pour into a greased 9x13 dish.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter on top and bake in the oven at 350* for 1 hour.
