This is the best peanut butter fudge I've ever had. TJ's grandmother (Grammy McGonigal) makes him a batch of this fudge every year for Christmas. I hope you love it as much as we do!
4 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2/3 cup milk
2 cups peanut butter
2 cups marshmallow creme
In a pan mix together sugar, butter, cocoa powder and milk. Bring to a rapid boil for 4 minutes, stir constantly. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Pour into lightly greased pans. Once cooled, cut and enjoy!
*a tip for peanut butter fudge, always use real peanut butter, never peanut butter flavored chips
