BREAKFAST SANDWICH/WRAP



English muffin or tortilla (for a wrap)
egg
dash of salt and pepper
splash of milk
slice cheese
cooked bacon or real bacon bits

Put egg, salt, pepper and milk in a coffee mug, whisk with a fork and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. While egg is cooking toast english muffin.

Place cooked egg on toasted english muffin and top with cheese and microwave for about 20 seconds until cheese is melted. Top cheese with bacon or *'real bacon bits'. Place other half of english muffin on top and push down.

*Real Bacon Bits are in the salad topper isle, they are soft, not the hard crunchy bits

You can make the egg and/or bacon on the stove, the microwave makes it faster and less mess to clean up.
