BROCCOLI SALAD










1 to 4 quarts broccoli florets (basically as much as you'd like to make)
1/2 cup real bacon pieces
1/2 cup red onion chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 1/2 cups mayo
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbs vinegar

Combine broccoli, bacon, onion and cheese in a large bowl.
In a small bowl combine mayo, sugar, vinegar.
Chill both bowls and right before serving mix together.
