BROCCOLI SALAD










4 large heads of broccoli, florets cut off in bite size pieces 
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar

dressing:
1 1/2 cups mayo
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbs vinegar

In a large bowl combine dressing ingredients.
Toss in broccoli, bacon, onion and cheese.  Allow to chill for a few hours before serving, occasionally stirring.
